Features of Packaged Beverage Analyzer M for soft drinks
Highly modular systems for every kind of soft drink
Create the system that fits to your kind of samples: Extend the basic configuration consisting of a PFD filling device, the CO2 meter CarboQC ME, and a master instrument. The DMA™ M series determines the °Brix value, whereas the Soft Drink Analyzer M is also able to fully analyze the sugar inversion process. To modify your system for diet beverage analysis, the DietQC™ ME with option for uncolored drinks is the solution. Choose modules for dissolved oxygen, pH, or turbidity to complete your system for final beverage analysis.
The most efficient way in final beverage quality control
Thanks to the PFD filling device you can fill your sample automatically without any sample preparation, like degassing or filtering. Package sizes of 200 mL are not a problem with a PFD Plus piercing and filling device. After pressing the start button, you know about the quality of your final product within three to five minutes due to a simultaneous measurement of all parameters. Even %Diet analysis is integrated in the system and requires less chemicals or trained lab personnel.
Accurate results for all parameters
Anton Paar’s new series of density and sound velocity meters with patented new technologies, such as the Pulsed Excitation Method, is part of the Packaged Beverage Analyzer M systems. By choosing the DMA™ 5000 M or the Soft Drink Analyzer M (SDA M) as the master instrument you can be sure about the results with a precision of <0.01 °Brix for the actual sugar concentration. Additionally, the patented Multiple Volume Expansion method gives you the true dissolved carbon dioxide content in your beverage.
Get reliable and traceable results
Proven Anton Paar features eliminate drifts caused by temperature stress (ThermoBalance™) and help you make sure the sample is filled bubble-free (FillingCheck™, U-View™). The sensitive though robust 10.4” PCAP touchscreen, an optional keyboard, and a bar code reader simplify your data management. Additionally, you can print out your measurement reports in a standardized layout or transfer measurement data to your individual data system to make each sample traceable as required by your standards.
