Features of HTR Compact: Rheometer autosampler for high sample throughput
High throughput in benchtop design
HTR compact handles up to 36 liquid and pasty rheological samples in one run. This means that, depending on the measuring cycle, up to 250 samples in CC27 or smaller sample cups can be analyzed within one day. With the MCR 102 or MCR 302 rheometer used in HTR compact you can run your measurements in both rotating and oscillating mode.
Automation with lab accuracy
By decoupling the rheometer and the automation platform, rheological measurement results with lab accuracy are achieved and no long-lasting adjustments of the rheometer are needed to compensate for vibrations. Moreover, the rheometer can also be used separated from the automation unit.
Additional modules for growing automation needs
Add additional modules such as:
- Capping/decapping of sample vials
- Different types of sample racks
- Bar code reader for sample identification
- A wide range of measurement geometries available from CC10 to CC27, including third-party T-bars and stirrers
- Ventilation for volatile and solvent-based samples
