The Model 170-D is a high intensity, 150 Watt, quartz halogen illuminator packaged in a compact housing.
Like the Model 180, it is capable of delivering 40,000 foot-candles of intense, cold illumination. This unit is ideal for OEM applications where small size is an important consideration and minimal vibration will not present a problem. The unit is compatible with all of the Fiber-Lite® standard and custom fiber optic light guides.
