GE Analytical Instruments - Sievers 900 Portable
The Sievers 900 Portable TOC Analyzer offers unequalled flexibility and ease of use.
The winner of IBO's Gold Portable Instrument Design in 2005, the 900 Portable was engineered for ease of use and cost-effective operation, requiring no external reagents or gas supplies. It can be used for single grab samples or in a process stream for continuous on-line TOC measurement. The Analyzer is the first and only general purpose, full-range portable TOC instrument available.

Features of Sievers 900 Portable
Applications Versatility The Sievers 900 Portable Analyzer offers incomparable versatility in terms of applications and sampling modes. Weighing only 12.5 kg (27.5 lb), the 900 Portable Analyzer can be hand-carried to any sample points for on-line measurement. The 900 Portable also doubles as a lab instrument for either discrete samples or for TOC analysis using the 900 Autosampler. It has a dynamic TOC operating range of 0.03 ppb to 50 ppm.
Enhanced Ease of Use The 900 Portable TOC Analyzer is extremely easy to set up, operate and maintain.
Intuitive Touch Screen Interface A color touch-screen display makes it easy to set up instrument parameters and monitor results.
Low Maintenance aned Operating Costs The Sievers 900 Portable needs no external reagent or gas supplies and requires only a few hours per year of preventive maintenance.
Extended Calibration Stability The 900 Portable offers 12-month calibration stability. On-screen prompts guide users through various single- and multi-point calibration procedures.
Expanded Data Access The USB port allows data transfers from the Analyzer to a USB flash memory drive without interrupting analysis. To see a list of USB drives that are compatible with the 900 Series, click here.
Time Saving Features The 900 Portable provides automated calibration, verification, and data analysis reports. For diagnostic work, the Analyzer produces TOC data in minutes after connecting the sample line. For grab samples, the Integrated On-Line Sampling System (IOS System™) offers convenient introduction of samples and standards. The Autoreagent adjustment feature automatically establishes optimal reagent flow rates for all samples.
On-line and Grab Sampling The IOS System allows the easy introduction of external standards and samples without removing the instrument from the continuous sample source or changing the sample inlet configuration.
Reliability The Analyzer uses carefully selected materials and components to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.
