The Sievers 5310 C Laboratory TOC Analyzer delivers greater productivity through advanced automation and ease-of-use features.

The Sievers 5310 C Laboratory TOC Analyzer, a member of the Sievers 900 Series, was developed specifically for drinking water applications. The 5310 C has an analytical range of 4 parts-per-billion (ppb) to 50 parts-per-million (ppm) and utilizes SM 5310 C for USEPA compliance monitoring of raw and finished drinking water. The 5310 C provides unsurpassed ease of use, industry-best analytical performance, and a low cost of ownership for water quality analysis.

The 5310 C offers superior productivity for laboratory TOC measurements. Automated calibration and verification procedures, 4-minute analysis time, and automated reagent adjustment combine for an unequalled level of efficiency, flexibility, and ease of use. The 5310 C can be used with the GE Autosampler, which features convenient random access capability and up to 120 sample positions.

The 5310 C Laboratory was engineered for ease of use and cost-effective operation. It needs no external reagents or gas supplies and requires only a few hours of preventive maintenance each year. Twelve-month calibration stability frees analysts to perform other critical tasks. A large, color touch-screen display provides an intuitive menu for easy setup of instrument parameters. A small 19.2-cm (7.6-in) wide profile efficiently uses valuable bench space.

The Sievers 5310 C Analyzer uses the UV/persulfate oxidation method and patented Sievers Membrane Conductometric Detection technology, which delivers unmatched accuracy and precision across the Analyzer’s wide operating range.

Features of Sievers 5310 C Laboratory

Advanced Productivity and Efficiency   The Sievers 5310 C Laboratory TOC Analyzer features automated operations, such as calibration and data analysis reports, and a fast four-minute analysis time. The Autoreagent feature eliminates the time-consuming optimization process, automatically establishing optimal flow rates for each sample. The convenient Percent TOC Removal calculation facilitates USEPA TOC reporting. The high-capacity Autosampler can be used for demanding laboratory applications.

Low Maintenance and Operating Costs   No external reagent or gas supplies are required, saving valuable lab space, time, and money. The Analyzer utilizes self-contained Sievers internal reagent packs that can be installed in minutes to achieve three to six months of uninterrupted service, depending on the application. The 5310 C requires a few hours per year of preventive maintenance.

12-Month Calibration Stability   The 5310 C Laboratory Analyzer offers 12-month calibration stability, unlike competing analyzers that require weekly or even daily calibration. Users can select from a variety of single- and multi-point calibration routines.

Expanded Data Access   The 5310 C Laboratory features a USB port that allows data transfers from the Analyzer to a USB flash memory drive without interrupting analysis. Data files can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel®. Standard serial and parallel ports are also provided.

Reliability   The 900 Laboratory Analyzer combines innovative design improvements with carefully selected materials and components to ensure maximum uptime.
