Tested and validated on the ExpressLC system, ChromXP columns ensure optimum separation and allow you to realize the full potential of your instrument.
The ExpressLC system is designed for rapid, high-resolution gradient chromatography and ChromXP columns feature chemistries optimized for these high-speed gradients. To achieve fast separation times, the ExpressLC system flow rate is 2-8 times faster than conventional HPLC. These high linear velocities put added stress on the column, and stable packing is critical. Eksigent has developed a column system and packing process that ensure long-term stability, even at the extreme linear velocities of the ExpressLC System.
