problem in autoclave model AE-75 DRY

hello there.

once i switch on the autoclave the screen show " start to continue" and then " water in chamber". and then once i press the start/stop button to start the process. the processing reached to unloading and appear fault message said " fault temperature" so please help me i do't know what to do.
