Equipment Problem
Last night our IR stopped scanning. Normally, I would shut down the computer and the instrument and let it cool down for about 10 minutes and reboot and this solves the problem.
However, this time the instrument control were not displayed in the software. I tried rebooting several times but everytime I went in to do a verification check it kept displaying "Application does not support Windows Just-In-Time application."
Next I checked the computer, and it says that it is connected and working properly and so did the software. Then I reinstalled the software, and it is still giving me the same message. Has anyone else experienced this problem? And if so, any advice would be greatly appericated.
