falcon tubes lost in the incubator
hello,
some of my falcon tubes fell down from their support and now are lost under the schaking try, how can I reach them?

Dear Silvia, you can recover the tubes by taking the shaking tray out of the machine, releasing the 4 screws in the centre of the shaking table (directly located around the drive hub in the centre) and lift the shaking table up. Please refer to the Operating Manual for details. If you don´t have the manual available, please contact your Infors representative, he will be happy to provide a copy.
