designed to fail?
we have had one of these for 2 years, and recently it started playing up.
I have never seen something so screwed down, In terms of not allowing access to the insides to figure out what has gone wrong.
Turns out the plasic acme nut on the drive has just worn out and is no longer able to drive the actuator. I find it worrying that this costly piece of equipment sseems to have lasted only 2 years?
