HPLC erorr Run in sequence

Hi there,

I setup a method and a sequence for a 1100 hplc, when I click run (It's ready and green) before it starts squencing pump icon shows a falt erorr that synchronous has failed. I used both LAN and GPIB for communication but It didn't solved. It seems that CAN communication faced with problem as I click run.any Idea??
