Dionex DX 100 start up trouble

Hi,   I have a Dionex DX 100 that has not been used for years. When I tried to turn it on, the commands in the local panel were just flashing and I couldn`t do anything. How should I proceed?   Thank you.

You asked about DX-100 some time ago. Unfortunantly I can't help you. But may be you can help me. I'm looking for DX-100 documentation. Do you have any?
