can i change the unit of Theoretical Plates.

Check the ChemStation manual for how Nth is calculated: http://www.chem.agilent.com/Library/usermanuals/Public/G2070-91126_Understanding.pdf - page 247 The value should be dimensionless (it is a ratio of time values)
