error 28 on allegra x 22 appeared

i am the cls at california substance abuse treatment facility here in corcoran, california. we are using allegra x 22 centrifuge and error 28 appeared. we can not open the top cover despite rebooting efforts. after awhile our lab assistant tried and she was able to open but a message appeared as notA1 - we don't have manual on this centrifuge. please help us in our problem.

There is a manual posted on MedWrench. There is a lid lockout timer that requires power be left on for 12-13 minutes after the error, then the lid can be opened. The lock-out can be over-ridden in service mode. Error 28 is a tach error.
