How can I purchase this Alcott Autosampler 719AL?

Dear Sir:

I am sales of GET (www.getech.com.tw) in Taiwan, my customer's SFC connector to this auto sampler that has some trouble(syringe can't work well), can you fix that? or, that need to purchase new one?
