Error in setting filaments voltage (ICP optima 3000)

Hello everybody, 

We just bought an iCP 3000 which is in good shape. Everything looks ok but we can't ignite the plasma and in message log we get a error in setting filaments voltage.

If somebody could help that would be wonderful
