I've lost contact to ELx800
I have a reader elx800 connected to the computer through the Serial port and when i use a program ProFILE for Windows from Synbiotics Corporation, the program works great and when install program gen5 from bio-tek the program could not identify the reader and the message appears stating that the reader is not connected to the computer. were taken between the new code of bio-tek and modernization program code the old to the reader but the program has not been able to identify the reader to update code note I busted specifications port as recommended by the manufacturer, but did not succeed update and I could not communicate with any of the programs, bio-tek, thank you for hearing my problem
