Viscosity Values does not appear

Hi,

We encountered a problem with the the viscosity values not appearing in the screen. We have Anton Paar SVM 3000/G2 Stabinger Viscometer. The density value is there but the kinematic and dynamic viscosity values are not displaying.

Please help us. Thank you.
