soft ware does not run
T-70 SNR:5131495127 FNR:51109020
we start instrument by power button and immediately on tuch screen appear " strating up" without any falt number or error and power button lighting continously blinking.
instrument does not shout down with power button.
any button on tuch screen does not work ,not at all.
would you please help us?

Our Technical Support group says that this sounds like a hardware or software issue. Your Titrator will need service because there is no user fix. If you would like a quote for service, please email our Service Quoting Team at LabServiceQuotes@mt.com. Be sure to provide the serial number and model number.
