Sensor input calibration failed

Mettler toledo T70

I just want to know if Mettler Toledo has a must probable cause "list" for Sensor Input 1 & 2 failure in the T70? and

recommendation.

Sensor Input 1 (mV) Sensor Input 2 (mV)

Nominal Value* DVM Value Sensor Value Diff. DVM Value Sensor Value Diff.

?1900.00 ?1901.04 ?1901.04 0.00 PASS ?1901.05 ?1900.93 0.12 PASS

?1000.20 ?1000.20 ?1000.28 0.08 PASS ?1000.20 ?1000.17 0.03 PASS

0 0 ?0.19 0.19 PASS ?0.02 ?0.07 0.05 PASS

1000.20 1000.20 999.75 0.45 FAILED 1000.19 999.90 0.29 FAILED

1900.00 1901.05 1900.71 0.34 FAILED 1901.05 1900.79 0.26 FAILED

This was during the "As Found" calibration process executed by Mitel, they adjust and all "as left" results were Pass

values.

Thanks,

Hello,

I asked our Tech Support team for some tips to keep a T70 tolerance from drifting above +/-.2.  They said that there are some tips on the Good Titration Practice page:

http://us.mt.com/us/en/home/supportive_content/specific_overviews/Good_Titration_Practice.html

Hope that helps.
