Nucleofection of neonatal rat cardiomyocytes

Hi,

 

I tried to nucleofect neonatal rat cardiomyocytes with your kit (Amaxa-Rat Cardiomyocyte-Neonatal Nucleofector). I follow the protocol step by step but unfortunately, 12 hours after the nucleofection, almost all my cells died (except for those that I didn't tranfect, meaning that the culture was ok). Could you help me?
