INCUBATOR TEMP CONTROL

TRACKING TEMPERATURE SEEMS TO VARY 10 DEGREES.  DOES ANYONE KNOW A WAY TO CALIBRATE UNIT.

I have a VWR "Symphony" p/n 414004-596 forced air incubator.  The inside temp always reads -2.7 'C.  I measure resistance of the temp probe at about 107 Ohms, which is about the same on a working incubator probe at room temp.  I put a variable resistor in place of the thermistor probe and got no change of temp until it went out of range and beeped a temp probe error (the same one as when the probe is disconnected.)
