Are you using the original lamp and glass coil for the uv digestor?

The proper lamp and correct coil material is important.

Just wanted to let you all know that we found the problem and our SKALAR is up and running. Thank God SKALAR has amazing customer service and they were able to trouble shoot the problem with us over the phone in a matter of minutes. It ended up being a clog in the lines comeing from the detector. It was just a small clog and it apeared like the flow was fine but it wasn't.

I am glad they were able to help with such a simple problem.  Usually the problems with their Total Digestion System we solve on the Skalar systems by replacing the poorly designed glass digestor coils with teflon which has much better light penetration properties.
