There could be a host of reasons the co2 levels flutuates. I've found in the past the most common reason is the inside top blower getting hot and slowing down or turning off . Check to see it is a consistent speed and is actually on. A second big cause is to check inlet gas disposable filter hidden in the top cabinet. It should be changed yearly. Thirdly , check to make sure the gas silicone tubing isn't split or leaking. Also the barb fitting the tubing is attached to sometimes splits. Finally check the door gaskets for tears or splits... as co2 may be leaking from the door. And don't forget to check the co2 sensor jack for a good snug fit. If all this doesnt help, change the co2 gas solenoid valve part no 250085 onthe Web site labequipmentparts . com under parts... go to incubators then go to thermofisher forma and choose 3110 for a list of parts .... you can order direct from this site. Good Luck

Also check that the gas inlet pressure is within the specification that the incubator can handle. If too high or low the incubator will have dificulty regulating the CO2 level.
