error 265

Here is an answer from our Technical Support team:

Error 265 means that there is an i-chip error that requires service.  But this is unrelated to the solvent manager function.  If the solvent manager works to drain but not fill, it is very close to functioning.  I recommend using teflon tapes on the solvent and waste bottle threads to tighten everything better.  Everything must be tight, including in the titration beaker, the small needle hole stopper must be present.
