Rotovap Stuck

Does anyone know how to take apart a very old Brinkmann/Buchi -R series Rotovap?

Sample foamed over the vapor duct into the condenser. Apparently, it worked its way into the worm drive that rotates the vapor duct. Now the vapor duct is stuck in place and will not rotate.

The vapor duct temporarily rotated after some methanol rinse leaked down into the drive. But, now that the methanol evaporated, the drive is not rotating.

Buchi will not provide any technical support, manuals, or parts for this old unit.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Also, operator and service manual copies would be most helpful.
