Flexar 200 Autosampler Bubbles

My Perkin Elmer autosampler (Flexar 200) is not injecting correctly, no peaks on chromatogram. During the rinse / flush cycle, bubbles travel up and down stream in the tubing inserted in the rinse bottle. All nuts appear to be tight on the syringe unit.

Does anyone know any 'easy' fix for this problem? Perkin Elmer will not sell the injector parts unless a person is a Perkin Elmer trained technician.

The needle may be plugged. Clean it or try another one.

Thank you for responding to my inquiry.  I flushed the needle and rotor/stator.  I do not see any plug with the needle line or the stator.  The rotor is harder to tell if there are plugs, but I doubt it has a plug.  The cable on the valve pulley moves back and forth during a flush cycle.

Anyone know where I can get an injection valve for a Perkin Elmer Flexar 200?
