MS Scan Troubleshooting
Hello,I face a problem with the Quattro Premier XE Mass spectrometer in the "MS Scan" mode. The scan starts, the noise signal appears on the screen. Then a delay of 3 minutes occurs, afterwhich a straight line is drawn and the noise signal appears again on the screen.What may be the problem? Can anyone help? Thank you.

Check your timed events table for the MS. It sounds like you have a time segment set to a solvent delay or the MS turned off for those 3 minutes.

Still would not ne a bad idea to check your timed events table, however I did not realize that this is recurring during a single run. There might be something more to this.
