Rotor removal

I have removed the rotor tie-down screw and can not pull up on the rotor to take it out. Is there a trick to this? All the directions indicate it can be pulled off after the screw is removed. I have looked at both the instruction manual and the rotor manual.

Don, I don't think so.  You have been a great help.  Thanks again. Jeff

I worked at a university fixing "science stuff" and lab results were stressed over lab hygene. Crud gets in the hinges and latches and there it remains. The springs can not overcome the crud and wear out. Solenoid springs too.

Don has way more and way deaper understanding of ALL THINGS BECKMAN and his input is tooooo valuable to have him hang it up.
