what are the procedures of running Clarus 580 GC?

Unless you have a more detailed question I would recommend starting with the User Manual and reviewing the introductory sections.

My name is Idelfonso Hernandez C.

Any equipment manofacturer in GC, they will indicate the following basic recomendations :

1) Voltage should be regulated to GC. Voltage should be very constant..

2) Gases shuold be high purity.  99.999 % or better.

if you GC has these reuirements, then :

    a) You must be sure the column this well connected in INJ and DET. NOT

        LEAKS

    b) OPEN CARRIER GAS and sets the pressure indicated by          

         INSTRUCTION MANUAL and follow maufacturer`s instructions.

Also I recommendet a training course about basic gas chromatogarphy.
