Temperature display Hanson SR6

This is a dissolution tester Hanson Research SR6, which has six vessels.

The temperature marks cero but the temperature is maintained. I understand that there are two temperature sensors. One is in the bath, near the heater and the other is an external sensor. I suppouse that the temperature that we can see in the display is for this external probe. I want to change it. Somebody knows where can I find one?

Thnak you,

Adolfo

Dear Kylie,

This is a Dissolution test equipment from Hanson Research, Model SR6_PB with Serial number 2336-17.

The problem is that we can set the temperature  and the temperature is reached and maintained because have checked it with an external thermometer and the temperature is OK, but in the display the equipment marks 0.00.

I think that the problem is with the temperrature probe 64-100-728. Because I understand that the temperature displayed is coming from this probe. I don´t know how to display the temperature sensor from the Heater/sensor in the bath.

Thank you for your answer,

Thank you to all. Someday the equipment started to work well. I don't  know what  happened, perhaps a false contact.

Thank you

Adolfo
