G2 raw data transfer into mgf
Dear sir or madam,
I am a student who is doing iTRAQ labeling for my research, I labeled four samples (114-Ctrl, 115-Ctrl) & (116-siRNA, 117-siRNA). And I got the pkl file and raw data from G2 HDMS. I want to do the qauntitative analysis for the research to see the intensity of the labeling such as ratios. I found that Multi-Q is one of the software can export the ratio into excel. however Multi-Q requries .mgf, mzXML, and XML format for it. Could you provide me any information about it please?
