NO SPRAY MIST FROM ESI NEEDLE WHEN CARRYING OUT AN AUTOTUNE

I am trying to execute an autotune using the syringe pump. However, there is no mist spray from the needle. I have checked for blockage in the line, and I can confirm there is none. Can anyone offer advice on what I could do. I allowed the equipment to pulse for >1hr to allow it to thermally stabilize, and I still dont see all ions of interest.
