Radwag PS 6000/C/1

Dear All,

I am calibrating our PS 6000/C/1 balance, using a set of calibration weights. The external weight used for calibration is 2000g. Once calibrated, the balance works fine up to 2000g but above this weight, the accuracy is very poor. I guess the linearity requires adjustment - is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?
