Ms problem

Data subscriptions failed.

Are inbound ports blocked?

Is there right type of GC at the IP address? " how can i resolve this problem

What models of GC and MS are you using, what Operating System and what version of ChemStation are you using?

Emy,

It sounds like you have lost communication with the GC, I would check all of the lan cables as well as the LAN hub/switch to ensure they are firmly connected.  After doing that I would reboot the GC and computer system, power up the computer first and then restart the GC.

If you are still having communication problems we would need to next verify communications with both the GC and MS from the computer

What model of GC and MS are you using as well as ChemStation version and OS?

Did you check all of the lan cables as well as the LAN hub/switch to ensure they are firmly connected? As well as rebooting the system, powering up the computer first and then restart the GC.
