Regarding Zeta potential measurement

Dear personnel,

Given below are few queries regarding Zeta sizer nanoZS.

1. Can we measure the Zeta potential of AOT/water/isooctane reverse microemulsion system by varying the water contant of system? The system contains iron oxide nanoparticles of size 3nm to 16nm (by TEM) surronded by AOT surfactant as shell dispersed in Isooctane.

2. Can we compare DLS size results with Small Angle X-ray scattering size results? If possible, how are they comparable?
