Mettler XP 205 automatic door fault
The side doors are no longer moving when the sensor is triggered. It looks like someone mayhave shoved them open or somehow disconnected the drive catch? One door will partially re-engage, and when the top door opens it moves about an inch and sticks. The other side doesn't seem to be engaging at all. Any hints?

The XP205 motorized Door Drive consists of a Kevlar string and motor driven pulleys. If the doors move smoothly front to back when unlatched from the door drive and the bottom of the balance is unobstructed I would have a trained technician look at it. To evaluate this problem there is quite a bit of disassembly required to access the Door Drive.
