Do you have the factory administrator password for stat fax 3300 so we can use programming key.

The administrator password is set by the user. Hold down the #5 Key when powering the instrument on to access the password setup feature (You can release the key after you hear the beeps). A screen will appear allowing you to change the password or turn the password feature off.
