Problems with ICS5000 and chromeloen 7 software
I have been having some issues using my new ICS5000 with the chromeleon7.1 software that it came with. As far as I can tell the software does not communicate well with the auto-sampler (AS-DV) Any help would be appreciated

Please check the chromeleon server configuration whether AS-DV is configurated correctly with in Time base.
Reply byThanks for the help. Can you give me any specific instructions for configureing the software for the autosampler? The Dionex tech installed the instrument and software initially so I don't even know where yo go to tcheck the configuration.

See the task bar you will find the chromeleon services manager. In that windows always chromeleon has to running idle. Click on configure the instruments. In that you will find your time base and add the device AS-DV and select the serial number and give OK. When you close the window save the configuration
