Error 28 is a safety door lockout and the instrument needs to be turned on for at least 45 minutes. After 45 minutes the error can be reset by turning the instrument off and on again. If Error 28 still occurs a field service engineer needs to be contacted to investigate the problem. How do you open the centrifuge manually in case the suggestion fails?

In order to manually open the centrifuge you have to unscrew two screws on the front of the centrifuge near the top. They may be covered with little round covers which just pop off. Once the screws are loosened you slide the front panel up and over the screws to take it off. Be careful though because there are still sensors connected to the front panel which you don't want to stretch too far and pull off or damage. Finally you have to manually  trigger the door lever by  sliding the locking mechanism out of the way. We had to do this today in the lab when one of our centrifuges had this err28 message displayed on it.

Just wondering, why did you clear the alarm settings?

In order to figure out the settings, the wiring of the furnace and exact part numbers of the controllers needs to be known.  A manual for the furnace should have a wiring diagram - I have not seen a manual showing both the UP550 and a UT150L controller in the same unit.  How old is the furnace?

Slope Game is a game that is comparable to the endless runner in that it is an ultimate running game
Temp controllers can come with options - so the whole part number needs to be known.  There is usually a label on the side of the controller that gives the whole part number.

Now things have to be reversed engineered in order to figure out what each alarm is for and how to set it.

A picture of the furnace part number tag would help locate the manual for the furnace. As well as the full part numbers of the controllers.

It is necessary to remove two screws located on the front of the centrifuge, close to the top, in order to manually open the centrifuge. It's possible that they have little spherical coverings on top of them that may easily be removed. After the screws have been loosened, the front panel may be removed by sliding it upwards and over the screws. Be cautious, though, since there are still sensors linked to the front panel. Cuphead

You don't want to stretch too far and risk ripping them off or damaging them in any other way. In the end, you will need to manually activate the door lever by moving the locking mechanism out of the way so that it can be accessed. The error message err28 was shown on one of our centrifuges earlier today, thus we had no choice but to carry out this procedure in the laboratory.

How do you manually open the centrifuge in the event that the recommendation does not work?

To replace the battery, you will need to open the centrifuge's casing and locate the motherboard, which is usually located near the back of the machine. The battery is typically a small, circular battery that is attached to the motherboard with a clip or socket. You can remove the old battery and replace it with a new one of the same type (usually a CR2032 lithium coin cell battery).
