RSD on cal table report,
I am using Chemstation Rev A.10.02 and would like to know how to get the RSD when calibrating using an average response fit to print out on my calibration table report. Also, any way to save manual integrations for each sample (not just integration criteria for the method.) I would like to be able to go back and re-print a chromatogram without having to integrate it over again.
Reply byBoth of these issues are not readily resolved in the A.10.02 software. Unless you want to look at the underlying report formats for the cal table which are not documented and finding any references on them is sketchy at best you are stuck with having to print out the cal curves. Same goes for saving the manual integrations.
Depending on your setup, you might be able to upgrade to a more recent version of the software which addresses some of these shortcomings.
