how to install extended run chip

Hi I orderd a run chip p/n 39713 ,and got it today , It was supposed to be an instruction in the parcle accompanied by the chip,according to what your customer service mentioned on the phone, but it has not been sent. May I kindly ask you to send me a copy of the instruction how to install that extended run chip? I really need to use this chip in my 8000m mixer/mill machine my serial no is: 8000m-115 IS 10047 and shipping list no is: S22563-1 Thanks Somayeh pasebani
