We receive the following error, wondering if anyone knows a fix without sending it out?

Hi, I had the same issue x8013 and I measured the resistance by @Bodasafa, the resistance are in the right range, but the system still report the X8013 issue and can not operate. It is not the heat cover's wire issue. I think most of the 0x8013 issue is related to the heat control board, not the wiring. If the system can power on, it means the fuse is good. You need to check the control board and fix it.
