Flow rate problems

I've recently replaced the adapter from the PFD to the DMA 4500M. Now, the flow rate is very slow and I'm getting bubbles in my lines. The instrument is also not filling enough sample. I've checked the pressure and cleaned the filter and nothing has changed. Can ayone help me with my problem?
