I have Error 53 in my Sartorius Scale, apparently the defect is in the Component ES2 9842, I am not finding this component to check. Anyone know where I can find it?

To rectify the equipment, please try the following steps: Power off the balance and unplug it from the power source. Wait for at least 5 minutes, then plug it back in and power it on. Check for any visible damage or loose connections, and ensure the balance is on a stable surface. If the error persists, please contact our customer support at [contact information] for further assistance.

"please contact our customer support at [contact information] for further assistance." and what is that answer!!! ... just to SAY SOMETHING...!!. assistance did not work, in a price and time accordantly, this is why we use a forum to help between users. we really make a REPAIR, NOT a complete assembly replace, that will more expensive that a new machine. so avoid that kind of replays that we all find in the help manual of devices. locks like GPT replay. HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND.

I have a DESSICCATEUR sartorius MA 45 that is displaying Error 53 after I open the door, I have changed the temperature sensor from a known working device, so I want to know if the problem could be from the PCB, if so how can I fix it, please guide me on what components should be tested/replaced on the PCB and send me the schematics for the snesor circuit if possible. redatouati2013@gmail.com

Hey there, It sounds like you're dealing with an ERR 53 error on your Sartorius BSA224S-CW Analytical Balance, and unfortunately, the manual doesn't provide any information about this error code. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue: 1. **Restart the Balance**: - Turn off the balance, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve unexpected errors. 2. **Check for Obstructions**: - Ensure the weighing pan and the surrounding area are clear of any obstructions or debris. Foreign objects can sometimes cause errors. 3. **Level the Balance**: - Make sure the balance is properly leveled. Use the leveling feet and built-in level indicator to ensure the balance is on a flat, stable surface. 4. **Calibration**: - Perform a calibration check. If the balance is out of calibration, it might display errors. Refer to your user manual for the calibration procedure. 5. **Power Supply**: - Verify that the balance is receiving a stable power supply. Check the power cord and connections to ensure everything is secure. 6. **Factory Reset**: - As a last resort, you can try performing a factory reset to restore all settings to their defaults. Consult your user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset. 7. **Contact Sartorius Support**: - If none of the above steps work, contact Sartorius customer support or a qualified technician. Provide them with the error code and any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. These steps should help you troubleshoot the ERR 53 error on your balance. If the problem persists, Sartorius support will be your best resource for a resolution.
