"Contact Sartorius Support" its a peace off */** they want a repair price like new peace, just having a ntc bad...to replace... are you a seller it looks like

ERR 53 on the Sartorius BSA224S-CW Analytical Balance indicates a temperature compensation (TC) converter failure, usually related to the temperature sensor, sensor wiring, or the temperature compensation circuit. First switch off the balance, disconnect the power for a few minutes, and restart it. If the error remains, check the temperature sensor connection and wiring inside the balance for loose or damaged connections. If the sensor is faulty, it should be replaced with the correct part and the balance should be recalibrated. Avoid using a fixed resistor as a permanent repair because it removes temperature compensation. If the sensor and wiring are fine, the analog PCB/TC circuit needs inspection by a qualified Sartorius technician.
