DANI master TOF GCMS
Hi! I have a problem in my DANI master TOF GCMS, he fail autotune check tests and leak check tests. It is a new, multiplayer value recomented is 2500-2600 for a start, but he fail check with 2800. leak check for 5 tests is 2 pass and 3 fail. please help. Any one have problems with new equpment? maybe it is a used mashine?

As long as you have leaks you will not be able to successfully tune the instrument. Concentrate on finding and resolving the leaks first. When you have a leak and attempt to tune, the algorithms will boost the EMV to compensate for the drop in sensitivity due to the leak.

we check the leaks with agilent service manager. in column, liner it is ok no leaks but any time leack check is ok

it is unclear from your reply whether or not you resolve the leaks. Were you able to resolve the leaks?
