The problem with the air flow meter (Mass flow controller)

I'm working with Netzsch STA 449 F3 Jupiter thermogravimeter. He always worked perfectly. But yesterday supplied air flow from the purge 1during the experiment became deregulation. The air flow increased from 20 to 120 ml / min. I can change the air flow only from the pressure reducer.  I tried to set the purge 1 MFC = 0 ml / min, but it did not work. Can you help me? Could this be a problem with the flow meter? Or with the magnetic value? It's also possible to say that the flow of air change as the pressure reducer is adjustable.
