Question regarding C-trap filling
Dear Q Exactive community.
I have a question regarding the C-trap filling. I am using the t-SIM-ddMS² mode for my analysis of peptides. To my sample I add isotopically labeled standard peptides. For that reason I use multiplexing (MSX count 2). My question is, if I set the Maximum IT to 60 ms, does that mean my system traps both (peptide of interest and istotopically labeled peptide) at the same time? Or does that mean, that one mass is trapped for 60 ms and subsequently the other mass is trapped for 60 ms which means that the total filling time would be 120 ms?
greetings
