Using cold CBC Buffer on a 3500xL Applied Biosystems Genetic Analyzer

Has anyone noticed if they get profiles with OL alleles (looks like temperature shift) afer using cold CBC buffer on a 3500xL? Or, even using cold ABC or POP4?
